Welcome!

Welcome to the B.Sc. in Exercise and Health Fitness blended learning support website.  This course
is operated by the NCEF and accredited by the University of Limerick.

Blended Learning
The B.Sc contains 8 content related modules and 1 final project module. Three of these modules are taught through Blended Learning and the remainder in the traditional classroom tutor /student scenario.

This website provides you with 20 hours e-learning content for the following modules:
Commencing in Autumn semester:
1. Module MG4067 Management in Exercise and Health Fitness
Commencing in the Spring semester
2. Module MK2028 Public Relations and Marketing in Exercise and Health Fitness
3. Module  PM4088  Human Resource Management in Exercise and Health Fitness

Learning Support
In addition to the content for the blended learning modules you will find extra materials for all the other modules to assist you in your learning including pdf articles, web links, tutor handouts and recommended reading lists. Should you come across any articles or website that you think may be of benefit to your colleagues please send them to me at damienjackson@ncefinfo.com and I’ll upload them to the site.

Collaborative learning is about all students on the programme sharing information, thoughts and opinions for the benefit of everyone. Should you come across some material on the web, in a book/journal why not share it with your colleagues on the course by clicking on the submissions link on the left hand side of this page. Send in links to websites, names of books etc., Instructional DVDs or even TV programmes that you think may be of interest to the class. By sharing we can build a bank of information together much larger than we can build alone.
